The Kansas Wesleyan Competitive Cheer team placed second in the final standings at the Kansas Wesleyan Invitational held on Friday evening inside Mabee Arena.
The Coyotes finished with a score of 64.3.
Friends placed first out of the three competing teams with a score of 70.2.
Bethany was third with a score of 63.
The next competition for the Coyotes will be the KCAC Championships on February 19 hosted by Bethany.
