Kansas City Chiefs' QB1 Patrick Mahomes has been named an AFC Player of the Week for the second time this season.

According to the National Football League (NFL),&nbsp;Mahomes, defensive end Stephon Tuitt of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and punt/kick returner Jakeem Grant of the Miami Dolphins are the AFC Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played in Week 8 (Oct. 29, Nov. 1-2).
