DICKINSON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 8:30a.m. Monday in Dickinson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2106 Can-Am motorcycle driven by Joseph Peter Jacobs, 74, Virginia Beach, Virginia, was eastbound on Interstate 70 six miles west of Junction City.
The motorcycle left the roadway, entered south ditch, struck an embankment and overturned.
EMS transported Jacobs to Salina Regional Medical Center. He was wearing a helmet, according to the KHP.
