Trojan track qualifies seven for state at Beloit regional

The Southeast of Saline track and field teams qualified well at the Beliot regional with the boys team finishing third and the girls team finishing fourth.

Overall six boys, five girls, and two relay teams qualified for state in a total of 19 different events.

On the boys side, the Trojans finished with 80.75 points, just behind Lakin in second (86), and Holcomb in first (140.75).

The Lady Trojans meanwhile closed out the meet with 57 points, behind the eventual winners in Beloit (95).
