MCPHERSON -- The McPherson County Health Department late Sunday night reported five additional cases of COVID-19 that were confirmed over the weekend, bringing the county total to 109.
Those cases include the following.
Cases from Saturday
Positive case No. 105 is a symptomatic female in her 60s with known exposure and is recovering at home.
Positive case No. 106 is a symptomatic male in his 30s with unknown exposure and is recovering at home.
Positive case No. 107 is a symptomatic male in his 50s with unknown exposure and is recovering at home.
Positive case No. 108 is a symptomatic male in his 70s with unknown exposure and is currently hospitalized.
Case from Sunday
Positive case No. 109 is a symptomatic male in his 20s with known exposure and is recovering at home.
Of the 109 cases, 92 have met Kansas Department of Health and Environment recovery guidelines, the health department noted. No COVID-19 related deaths have been reported in the county, the health department added.
