This weekend will feature dry conditions, sunny skies, and generally light winds, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita.
Chilly mornings will give way to above normal afternoon temperatures, especially on Sunday.
The upcoming week will start out on a mild note, and will feel more like Thanksgiving than Christmas. On Tuesday, the warmer temperatures will be accompanied by strong, south winds (which may exceed 45 mph for some), NWS noted.
