Solomon's Larson selected for BJU Handbell Choir

GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Kaitlin Larson, a resident of Solomon, has been selected for the Bob Jones University 2020-2021 Handbell Choir.

Larson is a senior majoring in elementary education.

The BJU handbell program began in 1992 with three octaves of handbells and eleven recruited students. The choir currently has 14 ringers and performs in a variety of settings including University chapel, recitals, and concerts. All students at BJU may audition for the University Handbell Choir.

Under the direction of Alan Lohr, the group will perform a selection of secular and sacred musical selections on Nov. 7 at 7 p.m. in Stratton Hall.
