A Salina Casey's employee was arrested for stealing over 100 lottery tickets since November.
According to Salina Police Department (SPD) on Tuesday at around 9:00 am, the Casey's (500 N. Ohio) reported that a male employee stole over 100 lottery tickets from the store.
The lottery tickets were valued at $2,700.
Reportedly, he had been committing the crime since November 30 to December 14.
Lottery tickets in Kansas are tracked using barcodes and a centralized computer system that logs each ticket sale and activation.
Officers arrested the suspect identified as 37-year old, Robert Davis.
Davis was booked into the Saline County Jail for Felony Theft. He also had a warrant out of Russell County.
