The American Red Cross is honoring its dedicated blood donors this Red Cross Month by offering a special incentive for those who roll up their sleeves to give. From March 1–31, 2025, donors will receive a $10 Amazon.com gift card via email after successfully donating blood.
In addition, the Red Cross is expanding its health offerings for March, providing free A1C testing to all blood donors. This test, commonly used to screen for prediabetes and diabetes, offers valuable insights into blood sugar levels from the past three months—no fasting required.
