A Salina man faces multiple requested charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after an incident early Monday morning.
Officers were sent to the 700 block of Maple Avenue at 2:30 a.m. Monday for the report of a disturbance, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning.

A witness reported seeing Brandon Trow, 36, of Salina, walking across the street to a neighbor's residence with a handgun in his hand. A disturbance then ensued, the witness said.
Officers spoke to the two victims, a 36-year-old Salina woman and a 40-year-old Salina man, who said they were working on a vehicle in front of 711 Maple Avenue when Trow approached, Forrester said. The two said they thought Trow was highly intoxicated, he added.
Words were exchanged and then Trow allegedly pointed two handguns at the victims, Forrester said. The male victim then struck Trow in the head with a wrench he was holding and Trow retreated to his own residence, where offices made contact with him.
Trow was first transported to Salina Regional Health Center for treatment of a laceration on his head, Forrester said. He then was booked into the Saline County Jail on the following requested charges, Forrester said.
Two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
Battery
Criminal use of a weapon
