Dixie Elaine Arkell, 77, of Salina, passed away Saturday, March 12, 2022. She was born December 12, 1944, in McPherson, Ks.
She was preceded in death by her parents Henry, and Emma (Ellis) Kliewer; brother Clinton Kliewer, and beloved husband Eldon Arkell.
Survivors include children Dennis Arkell, Diane (Branston) Arnder both of Salina, and Brian Arkell of Los Angeles, CA.; brother Eugene Kliewer of Roxbury, KS.; sister Dorothy Bengtson of Mulvane, KS.; and grandchildren Branston Arnder, Jr., Braxton Morrical, and Bracilyn Arnder also of Salina.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 26th, 2022, at the Grand Avenue United Methodist Church, 304 W. Grand Avenue, Salina. Burial will be held at a later date.
