A driver who was ejected in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Dec. 20 has died.

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning that Richard Wilson, 46, of Salina, died of his injuries on Sunday.

Wilson was driving a 2010 Toyota RAV4 westbound on Granville Road just west of N. Ohio Street when the vehicle went off the south side of the road and rolled numerous times, Soldan said on Dec. 21. Wilson, who was not properly restrained, was ejected from the vehicle.

A passenger in the vehicle, Michelle Peterson, 44, of Salina, received lacerations, but refused medical treatment, Soldan said on Dec. 21. She was properly restrained at the time of the accident, he noted.
