The Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday brings with it governmental closings.

City of Salina and Saline County offices and facilities will be closed on Monday in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, with the following exception.

The Salina Municipal Solid Waste Landfill will be open its regular hours on Monday: 7 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Additionally, City of Salina Monday sanitation customers will have their waste collected as normal.

All closed offices and facilities will resume their regular hours on Tuesday.

Additionally, the Salina Public Library will be closed Monday in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
