Cook

Dietary Aide

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Full or Part time positions available. Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse to provide supportive care to Bethany Home residents. Must be able to transfer residents using proper lifting technique and according to resident’s care plan, assist residents with all aspects of ADLs, personal hygiene. May be expected to take vital signs. Encourage proper intake of nutrition and hydration and assist as necessary. Observe any changes in resident condition and report those changes to Charge Nurse. Certified Medication Assistant (CMA)
Full or Part time positions available. Work under the supervision of Charge Nurse to dispense medication in a safe and timely manner to Bethany Home residents. Practice the Five Rights of Medication Administration: 1.) Right resident, 2.) Right medication, 3.) Right time, 4.) Right route, 5.) Right dose. Observe and report any change in resident’s condition to Charge Nurse. Take vital signs as ordered. Assist CNAs as workload allows. Maintain a clean and well-stocked medication cart. Registered Nurse (RN)
Full or Part time positions available. Under the direction of Director Of Nursing, plans, directs, and coordinates nursing care for the residents. Supervises direct care staff in the performance of resident care. Observes residents for changes in condition, and reports changes to physician. Documents all pertinent resident information, according to facility policy. Maintains strict confidentiality in all resident matters.
