Josephine Deloria Ross, 84, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

Jo was born in Sedalia, Missouri on August 10, 1940, a daughter of Nola Irene (Crouch) and Joseph Oscar Smith.

Survivors include her two daughters, Jacqueline Pinnix, of Woodbridge, Virginia, Adrienne Ross, of Dumfries, Virginia; two sons, Charles Ross (Phyllis), of Salina, Kansas, Ahnrique Ross (Lucy), of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Nola and Joseph Smith; son, Joel Ross; 5 brothers; and 7 sisters.

Jo's wishes were to be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, March 7th at Living Word International Ministries in Salina, with Pastor Margaret Davison officiating.

Donations may be made to Living Word International Ministries, in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St., Salina, Kansas.
