Salina Police Officers are looking for a man who allegedly threatened his ex-girlfriend with a shotgun.
Salina Police Sergeant Kyle Tonniges said officers responded to a 9111 call at approximately 7:50 p.m. on Oct. 16 in the 600 block of Whittinghill Avenue. The 911 call was placed by a 51-year-old female from Salina.
"She [the victim] went over to his house [suspect] on Whitting Hill. The suspect that lives there she had been in a previous relationship with," Tonniges said. "The male suspect grabbed a shotgun locked the front door and then made some threats to the female."
Tonniges said the victim was able to run out the back door and then called 911.
As of Wednesday morning, the Salina Police Department has been unable to locate the male suspect. SPD did not provide Salina Post with any descriptive information or the age of the suspect.
