The Salina Symphony Brass Quintet and Violin/Cello Duo will be featured in the next Virtual Chamber Concert.
The concert is scheduled for 4 p.m. Nov. 8. The concert will be premiered and available for viewing on Facebook at no cost.
The brass program will include Ewald’s “Brass Quintet No. 1” and “Metamorphosis for Brass Quintet” by Meri Jenkins. The violin/cello duo will present “Cradle Song” by Reinhold Glière, Ignaz Pleyel’s “Duo No. 1” and “Duetto No. 1” by Joseph Gehot.
Brass Quintet members include Kyle Unruh, trumpet; Becky Horne, trumpet; Kyle Hopkins, horn; Dave Koetting, trombone; and Jacob Hodges, bass trombone. The Violin/Cello Duo features Cody Toll, violin, and Kristen Toll, cello.
