Salina Area Technical College is accepting applications from individuals interested in serving on the college’s board of trustees.
The nine-member board is the college’s governing body, and determines goals and direction for the institution.
The terms of two current board members are expiring at the end of June.
The board typically meets once a month in the evening (the fourth Monday of the month) and occasionally schedules special meetings.
Candidates should have experience in a business or education setting, especially involving technical education or a relationship to one of Salina Tech’s programs.
Applications should be returned by Friday.
