In-person public comments will resume at the Salina City Commission meeting on Monday.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Monday in room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street.

Because Saline County is now in Phase 3 of its reopening plan, which allows mass gatherings of up to 50 people, the city commission meeting will once again be open to the public, but with some limitations. According to information in the commission meeting packet, room 107 will be arranged to accommodate a total of 50 people, with overflow seating and a video monitor provided in room 107B.

Additionally, you can view the meetings on Salina Media Connection, either via Cox Cable Channel 20 or online at www.salinatv.org or on the City of Salina YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/cityofSalinaKansas.

Commissioners are scheduled to consider a request by DVACK to proclaim the month of June 2020 as "Elder Abuse Awareness Month." Courtney Train, youth advocate mentor with DVACK is scheduled to read the proclamation.
