We're in for another hot one today. Fortunately, the heat indices will be a bit lower though.
According to the National Weather Service, high temperatures will once again be above normal. Fortunately, the heat indices will be about five degrees less today than the previous two days.
Winds will also increase today from the south with gusts in central Kansas expected to be near 40 mph.
After a hot Monday, temperatures are expected to return to near normal.
