The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Saline County, Lincoln County, and northern Ellsworth County in effect until 9:45 a.m. Monday.
At 9:50 p.m. CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain which will cause flooding. One to two inches of rain have already fallen.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
