TOPEKA -- Sydney Stout, of Abilene, is the recipient of a scholarship from the Martha Peyton Fensch Endowed Fund.
Ten Washburn University students received this scholarship for the 2020-2021 school year. The scholarship is awarded to deserving students studying in Washburn's education department.
