MCPHERSON -- The McPherson County Health Department has reported another confirmed case of COVID-19, bringing the county total to 23.
"The newly identified positive case is a female in her 50s with unknown exposure at this time and is hospitalized. Investigation is still underway. Additional information will be released as it becomes available," the health department noted in a news release issued this evening.
So far, 16 of the total confirmed cases have now met recovery guidelines set forth by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment and three of the total confirmed cases are currently hospitalized, the health department reported.
