Due to the cancellation of Spring Spruce-Up, which was scheduled for Saturday, the City of Salina Parks and Forestry Department will no longer give away wood chip mulch to Salina residents.
This decision was made to align with the governor’s stay-at-home order, which is effective through midnight May 3.
