Following is the Saline County COVID-19 update for Friday.
The Saline County Health Department does not have any additional cases of COVID-19 to report today.
At 11 am, KDHE reported a total of 1,705 confirmed cases in Kansas and 84 deaths. A further breakdown of statewide numbers:
•This is an increase of 117 cases from yesterday.
•375 of 1,377 (27.2%) cases have been hospitalized.
•There have been 15,196 negative test results received.
•The median age for a positive case is 52.

Governor Kelly’s Statewide Stay-at-Home order is in effect until May 3rd, 2020. Social distancing is imperative. It cannot be stressed enough the importance of staying home and only going out for essential tasks.
