According to Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester, sometime between 6 p.m on Thursday and 10 a.m. on Friday, some stole a black 2019 Lowes utility trailer, a 3,000-pound winch, and some scrap metal from a driveway behind a residence in the 400 block of West South Street.
