MCPHERSON -- The McPherson County Heath Department today reported the ninth confirmed case of COVID-19 in the county.
According to a news release sent out Sunday afternoon, the person is a female in her 40s and is recovering in isolation at home.
"This case has an identified exposure to a previously positive case and is a client of a group care facility. McPherson County Health Department and key partners are actively investigating contacts and additional exposures. If you are an identified contact, you will be directly reached out to by local health officials," the release noted.
