As Benjamin Franklin is quoted as saying, "in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes."
Saline County Treasurer Jim DuBois reminds Saline County residents that second-half real estate and personal property taxes are due by May 10.
In a news release, DuBois noted that a second-half notice will not be sent. Persons are asked to mail their tax payments along with their tax coupons (received when tax statements were received late last year) to:
Saline County Treasurer's Office
300 W. Ash, Room 214
Salina, KS 67401
Persons who need assistance are asked to call the Saline County Treasurer's Office at 785-309-5860.
