Fern Ethlyn Vellucci was born to Chris and Edith (Brown) Haden on January 5, 1926 in Broughton, Kansas. She died March 29, 2020 at the age of 94. Fern grew up in the Broughton area and attended Broughton Grade School.&nbsp; She graduated from CCCHS.&nbsp; Fern married Alfred “Al” Vellucci on May 21, 1944, he preceded her in death on October 17, 2007. She was the bookkeeper for her husband’s business, Al’s Garage, in Broughton.&nbsp; Fern was a member of the Countryside United Methodist Church.&nbsp; She is preceded in death by her son, Richard; sisters, Grace, Bertha, Bernice, Roine and brothers, Ernest and Charlie.
