A Salina woman was injured in a single-vehicle accident early this morning in west Salina.

First responders were dispatched to the 1100 block of West Cloud Street at 2:40 a.m. Friday for the report of a one-vehicle accident, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning.

Forrester said a 2010 Ford Mustang driven by Tyra Snider, 34, of Salina, was southbound on Dover Circle when it failed to stop at West Cloud Street and drove into a fuel pump at the Convenience Shop, 1121 West Cloud Street.

Snider complained of shoulder, back, and head pain and was transported to Salina Regional Health Center, Forrester said.

The Mustang sustained front-end damage and was towed from the scene, he said.

The accident remains under investigation, Forrester said.
