NWS: KS Year-to-date rainfall more than 10 inches in places

Here is the best estimate of precipitation so far this year across the state, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita.

According to NWS, the amounts are based on a combination of radar estimates and measurements.

Amounts range from around an inch along the Colorado border to over 10 inches in far southeast Kansas, NWS noted.
