The Salina Art Center and Art Cinema have been closed in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Following is a statement from Misty Serene, Salina Art Center interim executive director.
The safety and well-being of our members, guests, and staff are our highest priority. As such, I wanted to let you know that we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation as it evolves, and we are taking the following extra steps for everyone鈥檚 safety:
路 Salina Art Center is closed through March 31, 2020. We anticipate the Salina Biennial will open on April 1 as scheduled, but the Artist Reception is moved to June 5.
路Salina Art Center Cinema is closed through April 2, 2020. Any advance purchased tickets are being refunded.
路All classes, special events, and programming have been cancelled through April 6. Parents are being refunded for classes they have paid for.
路 We urge anyone with cold or flu symptoms, or who are not feeling well, to stay home.
