Lucille L. Burch, 79, Delphos, died Friday, March 13 at the Ottawa County Health Center, Minneapolis.&nbsp; She was born December 2, 1940 to Raymond and Eva M. (Johnston) Persinger.

Lucille and James Burch were united in marriage on May 6, 1968.&nbsp; She worked as a housekeeper for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son-in-law, Kelly Gilmore; and siblings, Lois, Mary, Johnny, Carl, Dennis, and Annabelle.&nbsp;

Survivors are her children, Cindy Gilmore and James Burch (Yvonne); stepson, Jimmie Burch (Rena); brother, Chuck Persinger; five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 Wednesday, March 18 at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis.&nbsp; Graveside services will be at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, March 21 at the Bennington Cemetery.&nbsp; Memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church, Delphos.
