MARION COUNTY — One person died in an accident just after 7p.m. Thursday in Marion County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Ford F150 driven by Ronald L. Myhre, 50, Gypsum, was southbound on Kansas 15 just south of the city limits of Durham. The pickup struck a westbound Union Pacific train.

Myhre was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.&nbsp;&nbsp;
