Lindsborg man's tools stolen from Salina worksite

A Lindsborg man is out more than $1,000 worth of items after a burglary at a Salina worksite over the weekend.

Jacob Wrench, 36, of Lindsborg, told police that sometime between 5:30 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. Sunday, someone stole multiple items from his worksite at a house in the 100 block of Aspen Road, Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning. Wrench told police that when he showed up at the house on Sunday morning, the front door was open and the following items were missing, Forrester said.

A Milwaukee radio valued at $200

A Milwaukee impact driver valued at $300

A DeWalt 10-inch miter saw valued at $275

A Makita circular saw valued at $250

Forrester said each of the items had the initials "JW" spray-painted on them in purple paint.
