Ashby House has announced a new partnership with CKF Addiction Treatment.
CKF will now provide addiction treatment on-site at Ashby House to women (including women with children) while Ashby House continues to provide sober living housing, according to information from Ashby House.
CKF and Ashby House have a shared history. Both agencies were founded by priests from Christ Cathedral Episcopal Church and started at the same location, the current Ashby House Shelter, the information from Ashby house noted. Father, Willys Neustrom in 1962 and Father, John Ashby in 1992, recognized the need to provide treatment and shelter and then organized efforts to meet those needs. Both agencies have been providing quality services to women from across the state of Kansas ever since.
