McPherson police arrest teen in alleged school threat case

McPHERSON -- The McPherson Police Department investigated on Monday a threat to commit violence at the McPherson Middle School.

According to a news release from the department, on Monday afternoon, the McPherson Police Department received a report concerning a 13-year-old student possibly threatening to commit violence at the McPherson Middle School. The McPherson Police Department has investigated the incident and taken the student into custody for disorderly conduct, the news release noted.
