GYPSUM —&nbsp;Vern Meyer, 63, passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020, surrounded by his family.

Vern leaves a legacy of bringing joy to others, ornery antics and his love for his family.

Survivors include his loving wife, Kathy; sons, Jason (Sarah, of Topeka, and Eric (Abigail, of Bremen; brothers, Larry, of Salina, and Loren (Lyniece, of Lindsborg; grandchildren, Jacob, Samuel, Bennett, Noah, and Adelyn; nieces, Shelby Dickson (Jacob, of Lindsborg, and Emmy Pratt (Shaun, of Carlton; great-nieces, Kynlee and Caelan; and great-nephew, Glen.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m., Thursday, Feb. 6, at First Baptist Church of Salina. Burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Vern Meyer Memorial Fund, in care of Central National Bank, 454 S. Ohio, Salina, KS 67401.
