ABILENE -- The Dickinson County Sheriff's Department arrested a 12-year-old boy Tuesday on suspicion of aggravated indecent solicitation, lewd and lascivious behavior, and criminal restraint.
According to a news release from the sheriff's department, the boy, who is a Dickinson County resident, "admitted to committing a part of the acts."
Requested charges from the sheriff's department include one count each of aggravated indecent solicitation, lewd and lascivious behavior, and criminal restraint, according the news release. The charges are related to an incident occurring in early January in Chapman, the sheriff's department noted.
According to the news release, the investigation in this case is ongoing.
