City: Building permit moratorium roll-call vote set

The city manager's performance review and a roll-call vote on a proposed building permit moratorium are among the items on the Salina City Commission agenda for Monday.

Commissioners are scheduled to begin with a study session at 3:45 p.m. Monday in room 107B of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street. The study session is to be used as a time for public comment.

The regular city commission meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. in room 107 of the City-County Building. A time for public comment is scheduled near the beginning of the meeting.

Commissioners are scheduled to consider approving a resolution concluding the city manager's 2019 evaluation and periodic review of his base salary.

Additionally, commissioners are scheduled for a roll-call vote on the second reading of Ordinance No. 20-11023 establishing a moratorium on future building permits in the Grand Prairie Addition.

Other items on the city agenda include the following.

Consider approving an agreement with IMS Infrastructure Management Services for pavement data collection and condition analysis, in the amount of $54,000 with a $3,000 project contingency.

Consider awarding a construction contract for Stone Lake Addition, Phase 2, Project No. 90041.

Consider Resolution No. 20-7794 authorizing the mayor to execute an Amended and Restated Improvement District Development Agreement between the City of Salina and Magnolia Hills, Inc. related to the performance bond requirements.

Consider Resolution No. 20-7797 accepting the 2018/2019 Salina Land Bank report.

Consider Resolution No. 20-7798 authorizing the mayor to execute a First Amendment to Transferee Agreement with Salina Educational Automotive Museum of America, Inc.
