The National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita is reporting accumulated ice totals from the overnight storm.
After a wintry mix beginning last night, temperatures have risen to at or above freezing.
According to NWS, the above map provides a look at the reported ice accumulations which have been interpolated based on individual reports. Thus amounts may be higher or lower in some spots than indicated on the map.
The highest values were reported in central Kansas this morning, NWS noted.
