This update comes from hearts that have been healing from sadness, Melissa Lilley, 37, has passed away on January 11th, most likely due to diabetic complications. She was such a selfless friend, aunt and sister. It was hard to watch her struggle with her disease and see her in such pain. But now, that pain and those struggles are over. She can now rest in peace with our mom and Julie, whom passed recently. For those of us that survived, we can live at peace knowing that the pain and hardship is over. I love and miss my sister very much. We were very fortunate, all together recently, to share stories and reminisce about our mother. Many of you reading this may have seen her too. Precious time that we will forever cherish in our hearts. Melissa, may you continue looking over us with your motherly nature. And, may we, continue to remember the great time we spent with Melissa. She had a big heart.
Burial services will be held June 30, 11am Roselawn Memorial Park.
