Kansas Wildlife, Parks and Tourism and the Kansas Horse Council are working together to offer an opportunity for people to share their favorite "Over the Ears" photos.
Photos will be displayed at the KDWPT booth at Equifest in Salina on March 6-8, 2020. Persons attending Equifest will be able to cast their votes for their favorite photos.
The person submitting the winning photo will receive two nights camping with any Kansas state park with a horse campground and a bag of goodies for both the horse and rider, according to a post on the Kanopolis State Park-Kansas Wildlife, Parks & Tourism Facebook page.
