Police have requested a Silver Alert for a missing Salina man who suffers from dementia.
According to information from the Salina Police Department, Joseph L. Walters, a 56-year-old white male, was last seen in Salina at 3 a.m. Monday. He is described as being 5'10", 185 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue plaid jacket, jeans, and tan boots.
He may be driving a dark blue 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe four-door vehicle with this 60-day expired Kansas tag: B809542.
According to the police, Walters may be trying to get to Tennessee, but it is unknown which route he might take.
