Police arrest a Salina woman on drug charges after she was stopped for shoplifting Wednesday night at a grocery store.

Captain Paul Forrester said officers were sent to the Dillon's store on Planet Avenue on a report of a shoplifter in custody.
Forrester said 33-year-old Summer Schulenberg had reportedly gone past the point of sale with $362 dollars of items. Officers found 19 while pills believed to be Alprazolam, and a small baggie of meth in the possession of Schulenberg.
Schulenberg was booked into the Saline County Jail on requested charges of possession of opiates ,no drug tax stamp for marijuana or controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and theft.
