Crimestoppers seeks tips in counterfeit money case

On Nov. 11, 2019, at 3:30 p.m., a person was in the 24/7 Travel Center located at 2230 North Ninth Street, Salina. The person made purchases and used counterfeit currency to pay for the items. 


The person was described as a white male, 30s, bald, wearing black glasses, green coat with black on the inside, blue shirt, and jeans. The male subject had a female with him, described as a white female, 20s, and with shoulder length brown hair. 



The two persons left in a vehicle, a tan four-door sedan, possibly a Buick Park Avenue.


Salina Police detectives are seeking information on the suspect’s identity.
