A grant, several updates, and an executive session are among the items on the Saline County Commission agenda for Tuesday.
The executive session for attorney-client privilege is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
The regular commission meeting that is televise by Salina Media Connection is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. in room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 W. Ash. A time for public comment is scheduled near the beginning of the meeting.
Commissioners are scheduled to hear from Health Department Director Jason Tiller concerning a $1,000 grant from Aetna Better Health of Kansas. The only stipulation of the grant is that Saline County let Aetna know how the funds are used. Tiller is asking that a letter from the commission concerning the funds be signed.
Other items on the county agenda include the following.
A human resources update from Marilyn Leamer, human resources director.
A Livestock and Expo Lease update
A pre-trial stats update from Andrew Pellant, pre-trial program coordinator and Annie Grevas, community corrections director
At the conclusion of the meeting, the county commissioners are scheduled to meet in a study session in room 107B of the City-County Building. The agenda for the study session is as follows.
