A tip leads to the arrest of a Salina man on a outstanding warrant and possession of drugs.
Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said officers were sent to the area of the Bennington State Bank at 200 South Ninth and found 38-year-old Justin Crough. Crough did have an outstanding parole violation and while he was being taken into custody, small amounts of marijuana and methamphetamine were found in Crough's pants pocket, Forrester said.
In addition to the outstanding warrant, requested charges against Crough included possession of marijuana, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and no tax stamp.
