A father and mother who were in the process of losing parental custody, illegally take their children before the arrest.
According to the Saline County Sheriff's Office at around midnight on Wednesday, dispatch received a notification from Oklahoma City, OK regarding a father and mother who took their child from an Oklahoma City hospital.
The Oklahoma Department of Human Services were in the process of removing the child along with two others from the parent's custody.
Reportedly, the parents then took 6-year old male, 8-year old female and a 2-year old female who was in the hospital. Once the parents took the children, they left OKC in a vehicle and headed northbound towards Kansas.
Oklahoma law enforcement pinged their location in Saline County on Milepost 87, just south of the Water Well exit.
Deputies of Saline County located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The parents were then taken into custody.
Arrested was Austin Kitchin (33) and Shaelynn Warren (28). Both are from Wyoming.
Both were booked into the Saline County Jail for the requested charge of Aggravated Endangerment of child.

According to Saline County Sheriff's Office, all three children are in protective custody and will be transported back to Oklahoma.
