Police are looking for a man who allegedly punched and kicked a CityGo bus in west-central Salina Wednesday.
Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning that a CityGo driver was dropping people off in the 1200 block of W. Crawford Street on Wednesday. One passenger was reported to have been having a disagreement with the driver while getting off the bus. When the driver tried to shut the door, the man allegedly punched the door and then kicked it, causing the glass to shatter.
The man was described as wearing a red beanie, a black cutoff shirt, black pants, and a black backpack, Forrester said.
Damage to the door was estimated at $800.
